摘要: Provided is a relay connector 100 for establishing connection between motors each having a pair of motor terminals provided to a back plate, and for supplying power supplied from external terminals to the respective motor terminals. The relay connector 100 includes: a motor connecting surface 120 having a first relay terminal 140 that connects to the motor terminals of each motor; an external connector connecting surface 130 that is continuous to the motor connecting surface 120 and has in its bonding surface a second relay terminal 150 that connects to L-shaped terminals 220; and a housing 110 having the motor connecting surface 120 and the external connector connecting surface 130 in its end surfaces. The first relay terminal 140 and the second relay terminal 150 are electrically connected with each other within the housing 110.

摘要: Provided is a relay connector 100 for establishing connection between motors each having a pair of motor terminals provided to a back plate, and for supplying power supplied from external terminals to the respective motor terminals. The relay connector 100 includes: a motor connecting surface 120 having a first relay terminal 140 that connects to the motor terminals of each motor; an external connector connecting surface 130 that is continuous to the motor connecting surface 120 and has in its bonding surface a second relay terminal 150 that connects to L-shaped terminals 220; and a housing 110 having the motor connecting surface 120 and the external connector connecting surface 130 in its end surfaces. The first relay terminal 140 and the second relay terminal 150 are electrically connected with each other within the housing 110.

摘要: A connector comprises a housing, a lever and a lock portion. The housing receives terminals. The lever is rotatably attached to the housing, and is configured to be rotatable between a first position, where an initial stage of fitting of the connector to a counterpart connector is established, and a second position, where the fitting thereof to the counterpart connector is completed. The lock portion is capable of locking the lever at the second position. The lock portion is slidably attached to a body portion of the lever, and is configured to be slid between a lock position where the lever is locked and a lock release position where the lever is released. The lever is provided with a positioning latch-portion that is configured to latch the lock portion at the lock position and the lock release position. The positioning latch-portion is provided with a concaved latch-portion and a convexed latch-portion that is configured to be elastically displaced to be engaged in or disengaged from the concaved latch-portion.

摘要: An electrical terminal is provided for mating with a blade-like mating terminal. The electrical terminal includes a base having a front mating end and a rear terminating end. A spring arm is folded rearwardly over the base from the front mating end thereof to a rear bowed end of the spring arm. A contact arm is folded back forwardly from the rear bowed end beneath the spring arm above the base and spaced therefrom for receiving the blade-like mating terminal inserted between the contact arm and the base. A sharp edge is formed on the contact arm facing the rear terminating end of the base and engageable with the blade-like mating terminal to resist unmating of the terminals.

摘要: An electrical terminal is provided for mating with a blade-like mating terminal. The electrical terminal includes a base having a front mating end and a rear terminating end. A spring arm is folded rearwardly over the base from the front mating end thereof to a rear bowed end of the spring arm. 摘要: An electrical I/O connector is particularly suitable for docking-type connection applications and has a terminal block assembly held within a protective exterior casing. The terminal block assembly includes two interengaging halves which receive a plurality of metal terminals disposed thereon in a spaced-apart order. The terminals define two groups of terminals on each surface of the terminal block assembly halves and the two groups are defined by staggering the terminals lengthwise. A spacer is provided between the terminal block halves to maintain the terminals in their spaced apart order and includes projections which support insulation displacement terminals which extend from the terminals on opposite sides of the terminal block assembly. These insulation displacement terminals are arranged in a two separate tiers, which enable the connector to have an increased terminal density.
