In this device: a holding unit (101) holds profiles which each contain information necessary to establish a connection with communication equipment, each profile having a priority value set between different communication equipment that is used when searching; a selection unit (106) of a connection destination selection unit (104) selects the profile of the communication equipment that is performing connection to the device among the profiles held by the holding unit (101); and a change unit (107) raises the priority of the profile selected by the selection unit (106) to the highest among the profiles for the communication equipment that are able to connect with the device out of the profiles held by the holding unit (101).

In this device: a profile storage unit (102) stores profiles which include information necessary for establishing connections with access points and which are set with priorities between different access points; a profile update unit (103) outputs a profile update notice to the control unit (104) to indicate that a profile has been updated when a profile stored in the profile storage unit (102) is being updated; and the control unit (104) sends an instruction for another search for a connection destination access point in cases when there is a profile with a priority higher than that of the profile of the currently connected access point when a profile stored in the profile storage unit (102) has been updated.

摘要： A system that allows indirect access of a network by TE, comprising TE device information; a personal network (PN) server; a master UE of a personal network; a TE of a personal network; and a UE B connected to a WAN which forwards data to and from TEs. Using the master UE the user sets configuration details which is the TE device information and stored at the PN Server. The TE device information contains data which is used to allow and control access of TE to the network, when the TE uses other UEs to access the network. When the TE tries to access the network through another UE B, the PN Server uses the TE device information to authenticate and control access of TE. UE B acts as a forwarding device in this sequence between TE and the PN server.

摘要： A personal network management method wherein if an access request is received from a communication terminal exterior to a personal network and the association of communication terminal information of the access request with the corresponding terminal in the personal network has not been registered yet, then the registration as to whether the connection to the communication terminal is permissible can be dynamically performed, and wherein the procedure of a registration from a communication terminal exterior to a personal network is facilitated, and an access into the personal network also can be performed. In a network system (1) according to this method, after a request of access to a mobile terminal (10) in a personal network (40) is transmitted from a mobile terminal (12) exterior to the personal network, a mobile terminal, which receives the access request, extracts information required for connection permission, and then transmits a connection permission registration request to a mobile network management apparatus (20). The mobile network management apparatus (20) additionally registers, based on the information received together with the connection permission registration request and received information, connection permission information with a database that manages the connections of the mobile terminals in the personal network.
