摘要: The micro relay of the present invention comprises a base substrate 3, an armature block 5, and a cover 7. The base substrate 3 has a storage recess 41 for accommodating an electromagnetic device 1. The storage recess is composed of a hole 41a penetrating the base substrate 3 and a thin storage recess lid fixed on the one surface of the base substrate to close the hole. The electromagnetic device 1 is isolated from a contact mechanism by the storage recess lid 41b to increase the reliability of the contacts. The electromagnetic device 1 includes a yoke 10, a coil 11 wound around the yoke to generate a flux in response to an exciting current, and a permanent magnet 12 secured to the yoke to generate a flux flowing through an armature 51 and the yoke 10. Because the permanent magnet 12 is secured to the yoke 10, this micro relay can reduce the thickness.

摘要: This micro relay comprises a body 1, a cover 4, an armature block 3. The body 1, which is made of silicon or glass, has an electromagnetic mechanism 2. The cover 4 is also made of silicon or glass. The armature block 3 is made of silicon. The armature block 3 is composed of an armature base 30 and a frame 31. The frame 31 surrounds an entire circumference of the armature base 30 and supports the armature base 30 pivotally. The armature base 30 is cooperative with a magnetic material 32 on a surface of the armature base 30 to define an armature 300. A fixed contacts 14A, 14B, 15A, 15B and movable contacts 33A, 33B are selectively closed and opened by a pivot motion of the armature 300. And, the frame 31 is directly bonded over its entire circumference to a periphery 19 of the body 1 and to a periphery 41 of the cover 4 to define a sealed space surrounded by the frame 31 and closed between the body 1 and the cover 4 for accommodating the armature 300 and the fixed contacts and the movable contacts.

摘要: A contact apparatus is provided having a permanent magnet disposed in a region where a fixing contact point is mounted to a fixing contact and a movable contact to which a movable contact point is mounted. An arc generated between both the contact points is moved in a lateral direction by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet and stretched. An arc-extinguishing member which is heated by the arc for generating arc-extinguishing gas is provided such as to surround the fixing contact point and the movable contact point.

摘要: A contact apparatus includes a case; fixed terminals having the fixed contacts arranged within the case; a movable contact member having the movable contacts provided on one surface thereof so as to come into contact or out of contact with the fixed contacts; a first yoke arranged on said one surface of the movable contact member within the case, one surface of the first yoke facing an inner surface of the case and the other surface thereof facing said one surface of the movable contact member; and a second yoke arranged on the other surface of the movable contact member within the case, the second yoke having one surface facing the other surface of the first yoke through the movable contact member. The first yoke is larger in volume than the second yoke.

摘要: A contact device includes a contact point block, a drive unit, and permanent magnets. The contact point block includes fixed terminals having fixed contact points and a movable contactor having movable contact points arranged side by side on one surface of the movable contactor. The movable contact points are configured to come into contact and out of contact with the fixed contact points. The drive unit drives the movable contactor such that the movable contact points come into contact and out of contact with the fixed contact points. The permanent magnets are arranged in a mutually opposing relationship across the contact point block along a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction of the movable contact points and to a direction in which the movable contact points come into contact and out of contact with the fixed contact points. The permanent magnets are provided with mutually-opposing surfaces having the same polarity.

摘要: A shunt resistor of the present invention has a configuration including a substantially planar resistor (10) having a predetermined resistance value; a first fixed terminal plate (20) that has one end portion (21) connected to an edge of the resistor (10); and a second fixed terminal plate (30) that has one end portion (31) connected to the other edge of the resistor (10), that has a portion in the vicinity of the end portion (31) which is bent substantially in the shape of the letter “U”, and that opposes at least a portion of the first fixed terminal plate (20), wherein a plurality of terminal tabs (12) for taking a voltage drop in the resistor (10) as a voltage signal is provided protrusive from a side edge of the resistor (10), and lead wires (40) are connected to the terminal tabs (12). This configuration eliminates a conventional structural restriction requiring portions in the direction of to the sidewall of the resistor 10 to be open, and consequently, enables the degree of freedom in design to be enhanced.
