摘要： A flexible stick of a bow exercise device includes a base and a top cap, and a first and second flexible plates are connected between the base and the top cap. Two ends of the first flexible plate are respectively connected to the base and the top cap. A first end of the second flexible plate is connected to the base and a second end of the second flexible plate is movably inserted in a slot defined in the top cap. A gap is defined between the first and second flexible plates when the stick is not bent. The top cap can be removed from the two flexible plates and the second flexible plate can be replaced with another one with different flexibility.

摘要： A broom assembly includes a head structure and a rod structure. The head structure includes a base having a coupling face formed with a reception chamber and an opening for access into the reception chamber, and a plurality of resilient ribs provided at the periphery confining the opening and extending inwardly and radially toward a center axis of the opening. The rod structure includes a coupling member provided partially, rotatably and detachably within the reception chamber in the coupling face of the base. When the coupling member is detachably received within the reception chamber, the coupling member biases against and engages the resilient ribs so as to be prevented untimely disengaging from the base.

摘要： A mop assembly includes a handgrip structure disposed above, connected telescopically to a rotary rod structure from above and a cleaning mop connected pivotally to a bottom end of the rotary rod structure. Once the cleaning mop is placed within a draining bucket, axially downward and upward movement of the handgrip structure relative to the rotary rod structure results in axial rotation of the rotary rod structure and the draining bucket relative to the handgrip structure in a predetermined direction and hence draining the water out from the cleaning mop.

The shaft assembly pivotally connects with the cushion and has a lateral shaft and two supporting shafts. The supporting shafts are resilient and bendable and each has two ends and a connecting cylinder. One end connects with a corresponding connecting base of the cushion and the other end connects with the lateral shaft. The connecting cylinder is hollow, is formed on one end of the supporting shaft and connects with the connecting base. Each adjusting device selectively fastens securely or pivots the connecting cylinder on the connecting base. The exercising apparatus allows a user to exercise multiple parts of a user's body.
