The ink occlusion material for writing utensils according to the present invention comprises a fiber bundle of a mixture of an acrylic synthetic fiber and at least one hydrophobic fiber selected from the group consisting of polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers in a weight ratio of 20 to 70: 80 to 30.
