摘要: A hot-stamping formed body includes: a steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition; and a plating layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet, the plating layer having an adhesion amount of 10 g/m2 to 90 g/m2 and a Ni content of 10 mass % to 25 mass %, and containing a remainder consisting of Zn and impurities. The hot-stamping formed body includes, in a surface layer region of the steel sheet, an average grain size of prior austenite grains to 10.0 μm or less, a Ni concentration per unit area at grain boundaries having an average crystal orientation difference of 15° or more is 1.5 mass %/μm2 or more.

摘要: A method for producing a molded article includes the steps of: preparing a first steel plate and a second steel plate. The first steel plate and the second steel plate are joined to each other, thereby preparing a joined steel plate. The joined steel plate is heated at a temperature between 910° C. and 950° C. The heated joined steel plate is then subjected to hot-press molding, thereby preparing an intermediate molded article; and cooling the intermediate molded article, wherein the first steel plate has a tensile strength (TS) higher than that of the second steel plate.

摘要: A high-strength, manganese-containing steel, in particular for producing a flexibly rolled flat steel product in the form of a hot or cold strip, includes the following chemical composition (in wt. %): C: 0.005 to 0.6; Mn: 4 to 10; Al: 0.005 to 4; Si: 0.005 to 2; P: 0.001 to 0.2; S: up to 0.05; N: 0.001 to 0.3; with the remainder being iron including unavoidable steel-associated elements, with optional alloying of one or more of the following elements (in wt. %): Sn: 0 to 0.5; Ni: 0 to 2; Cu: 0.005 to 3; Cr: 0.1 to 4; V: 0.005 to 0.9; Nb: 0.005 to 0.9; Ti: 0.005 to 0.9; Mo: 0.01 to 3; W: 0.1 to 3; Co: 0.1 to 3; B: 0.0001 to 0.05; Zr: 0.005 to 0.5; Ca: 0.0002 to 0.1 which has a good combination of strength, expansion and deformation properties.

摘要: This high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent local deformability contains, in mass %, C: 0.07% to 0.20%; Si: 0.001% to 2.5%; Mn: 0.01% to 4.0%; P: 0.001% to 0.15%; S: 0.0005% to 0.03%; Al: 0.001% to 2.0%; N: 0.0005% to 0.01%; and O: 0.0005% to 0.01%; and a balance being composed of iron and inevitable impurities, in which an area ratio of bainite in a metal structure is 95% or more, at a sheet thickness center portion being a range of ⅝ to ⅜ in sheet thickness from the surface of the steel sheet, an average value of pole densities of the {100} to {223} orientation group is 4.0 or less, and a pole density of the {332} crystal orientation is 5.0 or less, and a mean volume diameter of crystal grains in the metal structure is 10 μm or less.

摘要: An abrasion resistant steel plate or steel sheet suitable for use in construction machines, industrial machines, and the like and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, a steel plate or steel sheet has a composition containing 0.20% to 0.30% C, 0.05% to 1.0% Si, 0.40% to 1.20% Mn, P, S, 0.1% or less Al, 0.01% or less N, and 0.0003% to 0.0030% B on a mass basis, the composition further containing one or more of Cr, Mo, and W, the composition further containing one or more of Nb, Ti, Cu, Ni, V, an REM, Ca, and Mg as required, the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities. A semi-finished product having the above steel composition is heated, hot rolling is performed, air cooling is performed, reheating is performed, and accelerated cooling is then performed or accelerated cooling is performed immediately after hot rolling.

摘要: A hot rolled steel sheet consisting of, in mass %, C: 0.05% to 0.15%, Si: 0% to 0.2%, Al: 0.5% to 3.0%, Mn: 1.2% to 2.5%, P: 0.1% or less, S: 0.01% or less, N: 0.007% or less, Ti: 0.03% to 0.10%, Nb: 0.008% to 0.06%, V: 0% to 0.12%, one or more of Cr, Cu, Ni, and Mo: 0% to 2.0% in total, B: 0% to 0.005%, one or more of Ca, Mg, La, and Ce: 0% to 0.01% in total, total amount of Si and Al: 0.8×(Mn−1)% or more, total amount of Ti and Nb: 0.04% to 0.14%, and the balance: Fe and impurities. In a structure of steel, a total area ratio of martensite and retained austenite is 3% to 20%, an area ratio of ferrite is 50% to 96%, and an area ratio of pearlite is 3% or less. In a superficial layer part, the thickness in a sheet thickness direction of a region in which a network-like oxide is present is less than 0.5 μm, and a maximum tensile strength is 720 MPa or more.

The ferrite has a mean grain size of 20.0 μm or less. An inverse intensity ratio of γ-fiber to α-fiber in the ferrite is 1.00 or more and an inverse intensity ratio of γ-fiber to α-fiber in the martensite and the tempered martensite is 1.00 or more.

摘要: A slab has a steel composition including 0.020% to 0.065% of C, 0.1% or less of Si, 0.40% to less than 0.80% of Mn, 0.030% or less of P, 0.005% or less of S, 0.08% to 0.16% of Ti, 0.005% to 0.1% of Al, 0.005% or less of N, and the balance being Fe and incidental impurities, in which Ti*(=Ti−(48/14)×N) satisfies [Ti*≧0.08] and [0.300≦C/Ti*≦0.375], is subjected to hot rolling to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet in which the steel microstructure includes, in terms of area fraction, 95% or more of a ferrite phase; the average ferrite grain size is 10 μm or less; the average grain size of Ti carbides precipitated in steel is 10 nm or less; and Ti in the amount of 80% or more of Ti* is precipitated as Ti carbides.
