摘要： An image forming apparatus is disclosed that includes a liquid discharger including a liquid discharge head configured to discharge a droplet of liquid so as to form an image. The liquid discharge head includes multiple individual channels communicating with corresponding nozzles from which the liquid is discharged; a common channel configured to supply the liquid to the individual channels; a deformable member configured to form at least one wall face of the common channel; and a vibration damping member formed of a viscoelastic material, the vibration member being provided in contact with the deformable member.

摘要： An image forming apparatus is disclosed that includes a liquid discharger including a liquid discharge head configured to discharge a droplet of liquid so as to form an image. 摘要： A liquid ejection head is disclosed that includes piezoelectric elements constituting driving element rows in which plural driving piezoelectric element columns that generate energy for ejecting liquid droplets from nozzles are arranged side by side; a wiring board arranged on the side opposite to a surface in which the nozzles are formed; and two sheets of flexible printed circuits that are provided to correspond to the piezoelectric elements and have output terminal parts connected to the plural driving piezoelectric element columns and input terminal parts connected to the wiring board, the input terminal parts being drawn to the side of the wiring board. The flexible printed circuits are arranged facing each other with their input terminal parts not facing each other, and the input terminal parts of the flexible printed circuits are folded in a direction where the flexible printed circuits face each other and are connected to the wiring board.

摘要： A radio facsimile interface unit is connected between a radio set provided with a speaker and a facsimile machine and also connected to a microphone stand provided with a microphone and a manually operable transmission switch. The interface unit is so structured to allow the radio set to carry out an ordinary audio communication using the speaker and the microphone. The radio set is normally set in a reception mode and the transmission switch is depressed only when audio information is to be transmitted. The interface unit is provided with a relay between the microphone and the radio set and the relay is disconnected when the facsimile is in a transmission mode, so that facsimile communication is given a higher priority than audio communication.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes a recording head configured to have a nozzle face on which nozzles that discharge liquid droplets are formed; a cap configured to cap the nozzle face of the recording head; a discharge path configured to be connected to the cap; a suction pump configured to be provided in the discharge path and be made of a tube pump; and an atmosphere opening part configured to open an airtight space, created when the nozzle face is capped by the cap, to the atmosphere. The atmosphere opening part is configured to communicate with the inside of the cap at a position higher than a surface of liquid discharged into the cap, and a check valve configured to prevent a flow of the liquid toward the cap from the suction pump is provided in the discharge path.
