Embodiments for forming multiple plane images for a target object in an ultrasound system are disclosed. A processor forms volume data indicative of the target object by using ultrasound data. The processor is configured to: set a reference plane in the volume data; detect a falx contour and a contour of a cerebrum in the reference plane and an entire contour of the brain in the volume data; normalize the volume data by using the falx contour, the cerebrum contour and the entire contour of the fetal brain; and set multiple planes with respect to the reference plane in the volume data. The processor forms plane images corresponding to the respective multiple planes by using the volume data.

There is disclosed an embodiment for providing a color reconstruction image. An ultrasound data acquisition unit transmits a ultrasound signal to a target object and receive an echo signal reflected from the target object to acquire ultrasound data. A user interface receives input information from a user. A processor is in communication with the ultrasound data acquisition unit and the user interface. The processor is configured to form a color Doppler mode image and a color map by using the ultrasound data, detects pixels corresponding to colors within a region of interest set in the color map from the color Doppler mode image based on the input information and forms a color reconstruction image represented by the colors corresponding to the detected pixels.

A report page and the preview pages are displayed on the screen at a time. In response to a preview page selection among the preview pages displayed on the screen, the report page displayed on the screen is replaced with the report page corresponding to the preview page selection.
