摘要: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for generating a cross-section of a 3D model are disclosed. An example method includes determining a cross-section plane intersecting the 3D model, performing ray-tracing by passing each of a plurality of rays through a corresponding pixel of a viewing plane such that each ray intersects the cross-section plane, determining one or more rays that are within a threshold distance of the 3D model at their respective points of intersection with the cross section plane, and highlighting pixels corresponding to the determined rays.

摘要: An information processing method includes: three-dimensional (3D) point information of a 3D point cloud is obtained; a two-dimensional (2D) point cloud image from projection of the 3D point cloud on a horizontal plane is generated based on the 3D point information; and projection coordinates of 3D points comprised in the 3D point cloud in a reference coordinate system of a reference plane graph are determined based on a consistency degree that the 2D point cloud image has with the reference plane graph, where the reference plane graph is used for representing a projection graph with reference coordinates that is obtained through the projection of a target object on the horizontal plane, and the 3D point cloud is used for representing 3D space information of the target object.

摘要: A method for providing surgical navigation includes tracking poses of a surgical tool as the surgical tool modifies a bone and performing a constructive solid geometry (CSG) operation using a model of the bone and an accumulation of the tracked poses of the surgical tool. An intersection of the accumulation of the tracked poses with the model of the bone corresponds to a modification of the bone by the surgical tool. The method also includes displaying an image based on a result of the CSG operation.

摘要: Described embodiments include a system that includes a display and a processor. The processor is configured to modify an image that includes a representation of a wall of an anatomical cavity, by overlaying an icon that represents an intrabody tool on a portion of the image that corresponds to a location of the intrabody tool within the anatomical cavity, and overlaying a marker on a portion of the representation of the wall that corresponds to a location at which the intrabody tool would meet the wall, were the intrabody tool to continue moving toward the wall in a direction in which the intrabody tool is pointing. The processor is further configured to display the modified image on the display. Other embodiments are also described.

摘要: An ultrasonic imaging system produces more diagnostic cardiac images of the left ventricle by plotting the longitudinal medial axis of the chamber between the apex and mitral valve plane as a curved line evenly spaced between the opposite walls of the myocardium. Transverse image planes are positioned orthogonal to the curved medial axis with control points positioned in the short axis view on lines evenly spaced around and emanating from the medial axis. If the short axis view is of an oval shaped chamber the transverse image is stretched to give the heart a more rounded appearance resulting in better positioning of editing control points.

摘要: In a method of image support for a person carrying out a minimally invasive procedure with an instrument in a procedure site of a patient, one two-dimensional X-ray image respectively of the procedure site is recorded by an X-ray apparatus in at least two recording geometries implementing different projection directions and chosen specific to the procedure, in particular by the person. A three-dimensional model data set of the procedure region is reconstructed by iterative reconstruction from the X-ray images. At least one two-dimensional supporting image corresponding to one of the recording geometries is determined by incorporating at least one item of further information by re-projection of the model data set supplemented by the further information and is displayed for the user.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to the method for creating the crowd animation, comprising the steps of: (a) generating a guide shape of a crowd including one or more characters by referencing a first user operation, wherein the guide shape defines the formation and/or the number of the one or more characters included in the crowd; (b) generating a guide path for defining a motion path of the one or more characters included in the crowd by referencing a second user operation, which is inputted with respect to the guide shape; and (c) generating the crowd animation in which the one or more characters included in the crowd move along the motion path that is defined by the guide path in the formation defined by the guide shape.

摘要: Methods and systems for registering three-dimensional (3D) CT image data with two-dimensional (2D) fluoroscopic image data using a plurality of markers are disclosed. In the methods and systems, a lateral angle and a cranial angle are searched for and a roll angle is computed. 3D translation coordinates are also computed. The calculated roll angle and 3D translation coordinates are computed for a predetermined number of times successively. After performing the calculations, the 3D CT image data is overlaid on the 2D fluoroscopic image data based on the lateral angle, the cranial angle, the roll angle, and the 3D translation coordinates.
