Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition, in particular a cosmetic or dermatological composition, comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium: a) at least one merocyanine of formula (1) or (2) b) at least one oily phase comprising at least one N-substituted amide of formula (4): The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for caring for and/or making up a keratin material, comprising the application, to the surface of said keratin material, of at least one composition as defined above. The invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for limiting the darkening of the skin and/or improving the colour and/or uniformity of the complexion, comprising the application, to the surface of the keratin material, of at least one composition as defined previously. The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for preventing and/or treating the signs of ageing of a keratin material, comprising the application, to the surface of the keratin material, of at least one composition as defined previously.

Abstract: A subject matter of the present invention is a composition comprising: a) at least multilayer spherical composite particles comprising i) a core comprising at least one material A having a refractive index ranging from 1.3 to 1.8; and ii) at least one layer covering said core, comprising at least one material B having a refractive index ranging from 1.9 to 3.1; and iii) optionally at least one second layer covering the material B, comprising at least one material C having a refractive index ranging from 1.3 to 1.8; said composite particles being present in an amount less than 28.0% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition; and b) at least one UV-screening agent. This composition is for topical use and is more particularly intended for the photoprotection of the skin and/or hair against ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
