The present application provides a vehicle remote diagnosis method, the method is applied to a vehicle diagnosis equipment which is placed on the vehicle as an on-board equipment, a remote communication connection is established between the diagnosis equipment and a remote server, the diagnosis method includes the following steps: receiving a diagnosis instruction sent by the remote server and acquiring real-time vehicle data according to the diagnosis instruction; sending the real-time vehicle data to the remote server; receiving a maintenance operation instruction sent by the remote server and sending a corresponding execution command to the vehicle to perform maintenance according to the maintenance operation instruction. The present application further provides a vehicle remote diagnosis device. The present application is convenient for the remote diagnosis of the vehicle and improves the diagnosis function, increases the accuracy of the analysis and diagnosis, and realizes the remote maintenance of the vehicle.

The present application discloses a communication method for vehicle remote diagnosis, which is applied to a WEB server; the method comprises: establishing a first socket connection with the WEB front end when receiving a landing request of the WEB front end; receiving a vehicle remote diagnosis request of the WEB front end through the first socket connection and obtaining an identification of a target vehicle diagnosis equipment carried in the vehicle remote diagnosis request; establishing a second socket connection with the target vehicle diagnosis equipment according to the identification of the target vehicle diagnosis equipment; performing interaction of the vehicle diagnosis data between the WEB front end and the target vehicle diagnosis equipment through the first socket connection and the second socket connection. The application also discloses a communication device and system for vehicle remote diagnosis. The application can improve the real-time capability and convenience of vehicle remote diagnosis.
Abstract:
The objective of the present application is to provide a method and apparatus for processing real-time vehicle operating data, aiming at solving the technical problem that car owners couldn't obtain real-time vehicle operating data to ensure safety via an existing vehicle-mounted system. The method comprises: obtaining real-time vehicle operating data from an electronic control unit of the vehicle via a vehicle bus; reading the real-time vehicle operating data from a serial port; determining whether there is data that needs to be answered in the real-time vehicle operating data and storing the real-time vehicle operating data into a data queue whose data need to be answered and a data queue whose data doesn't need to be answered respectively after the determination; transmitting the real-time vehicle operating data to a background server, so that the background server can provide current vehicle with diagnostic message or service information. Compared with the prior art, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application can provide car owners with remote diagnosis or remote service conveniently, thereby reducing various costs of using cars.
