The printed circuit board and the image sensor are connected to one another in an electronically conductive manner, and the image sensor and the objective are arranged such that an image is n focus on the image sensor. The printed circuit board has a circuit layer made of an electrically insulating material and a printed circuit board substrate, wherein the printed circuit board substrate is manufactured from a material with a coefficient of thermal expansion aL which deviates by no more than 30% from the coefficient of thermal expansion of a material from which the objective holder is manufactured.

    摘要: A device for determining the relative heights between two points in direction gravity acts and inclination sensor for single- or multi-axis determination of an inclination relative to the vertical direction defined by the gravitational field. The device can include: a connecting hose filled with a liquid; a first and a second pressure sensor arranged at opposite ends of the hose; a processor to determine a relative height between a first reference point with a fixed positional relationship to the first pressure sensor and a second reference point with a fixed positional relationship to the second pressure sensor; a synchronizer; a respective wireless module at each of the hose. The synchronizer can synchronize a first time point with a second measurement time point, wherein the processor is configured to assign the measured hydrostatic pressures to the same, common measurement time point on the basis of the synchronized measurement time points.
