    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels each having a pixel driving circuit. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode and a driving TFT that controls driving of the organic light emitting diode and includes an active layer of low temperature poly-silicon, a gate node, a source node, and a drain node. The pixels include first to fifth switching TFTs electrically connected to the driving TFT and each including an active layer of an oxide semiconductor, a gate node, a source node, and a drain node. Further, the pixels include a storage capacitor connected between the gate node of the driving TFT and the source node of the fifth switching TFT and a coupling capacitor electrically connected in series to the storage capacitor and configured to cause capacitive coupling to supply a bootstrapped voltage to the gate node of the driving TFT.

    Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display. The organic light emitting display can include a gate driving circuit configured to supply a gate signal through each of a plurality of gate lines connected to a display panel, and a luminance control unit between the gate driving circuit and the display panel and electrically connected to the plurality of gate lines and a power supply line. A gate signal is supplied to the pixels in a distributed manner during a plurality of refresh periods. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a luminance decrease in the pixels during the entire refresh period.

    Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels each including a pixel driving circuit. The plurality of pixels includes an organic light emitting diode and a driving TFT configured to control driving of the organic light emitting diode and including a gate node as a first node, a source node as a second node, and a drain node. Also, the plurality of pixels includes first to third switching TFTs electrically connected to the driving TFT and first and second storage capacitors configured to store a voltage to be applied to the driving TFT DT. Further, the plurality of pixels includes a coupling capacitor connected to a gate node of the third switching TFT so as to increase a voltage to be applied to the gate node of the driving TFT.

    Abstract: A digital X-ray detector comprises a pixel array including a plurality of pixel regions; and a data line; and a read-out driver connected to the data line, wherein each pixel region includes a photo-sensing element and a pixel switch disposed between the photo-sensing element and the data line, wherein the read-out driver includes: an amplification unit connected to each data line; a first association signal detector connected to an output of the amplification unit and detecting a first association signal corresponding to an offset of the amplification unit; a second association signal detector connected to the output of the amplification unit and detecting a second association signal including an output signal of the photo-sensing element; and a third association signal detector connected to the output of the amplification unit and detecting a third association signal corresponding to an offset of the pixel region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an X-ray detector. The X-ray detector includes the first and second gate lines arranged to be spaced apart from each other on a substrate, a data line and a bias line that are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in a direction intersecting the first and second gate lines, and define a unit pixel area, a storage capacitor that is arranged in the unit pixel area and has one end connected to a ground, a phototransistor that is turned on by a reset signal applied to the first gate line and provides a signal generated by an incident light source to the storage capacitor, and a thin film transistor that is turned on by a gate signal applied to the second gate line to provide a charge stored in the storage capacitor to the data line.
