    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device is discussed, which reduces the area of a pixel drive circuit and increases the aperture ratio of a pixel by forming lines inside the pixel using a semiconductor pattern that forms a channel of each thin-film transistor array. The light-emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form and a plurality of lines configured to supply a signal for driving each pixel, each pixel includes a thin-film transistor including an active layer having a first area and a second area, which are configured as conductors, and a gate electrode, and at least one of the first area and the second area is directly connected to a corresponding line among the lines.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light-emitting display device includes a thin-film transistor including source and drain electrodes, a first electrode formed by extending the source or drain electrode, a passivation layer and a bank insulation layer on the thin-film transistor configured to expose the first electrode so as to define an emission area, an organic light-emitting layer provided on the first electrode, and a second electrode configured to cover the organic light-emitting layer. The source or drain electrode includes a plurality of layers and the first electrode is integrally formed with any one layer portion of the source or drain electrode.

    Abstract: Provided is an organic light-emitting display device which enables a fast and secure repair process without changing optical characteristics. The organic light-emitting display device includes a lower electrode, an organic emitting layer, an upper electrode and an optical compensation layer which are sequentially stacked. The upper electrode is thinner than the lower electrode. An opening is formed by particles in the organic emitting layer and the upper electrode. The opening caused by the particles is extended between the lower electrode and the organic emitting layer.
