Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device. The display device may comprise a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a reference current source providing a reference current, and a source drive IC including sensing units for sampling a signal input from the pixel through a sensing line and an ADC connected to the sensing units and obtaining sensing data related to a driving of the pixel. The source drive IC may further comprise a switch array connecting the sensing lines and the sensing units, and the switch array in each sensing unit may comprise a first switch for connecting a corresponding sensing unit to a first sensing line corresponding to the corresponding sensing unit and a second switch for connecting the corresponding sensing unit to a second sensing line adjacent and previous to the first sensing line or the reference current source.

Abstract: Data drivers and organic light emitting display devices having data drivers are provided in which a number of amplifiers for driving a display panel is reduced. A data driver includes an analog-to-digital converter, first and second amplifier circuits, a first switch coupled to an output of the first amplifier circuit, and a second switch and a third switch coupled to an output of the second amplifier circuit. The first switch is configured to selectively couple the output of the first amplifier circuit to a first data line and to second data line of a display panel. The second switch is configured to selectively couple the output of the second amplifier circuit to the second data line and to the analog-to-digital converter. The third switch is configured to selectively couple the output of the second amplifier circuit to a sensing line of the display panel.

Abstract: A display device includes a driving transistor used for driving a light emitting element; a scanning transistor electrically connected between a first node that is a gate node of the driving transistor and a data line to which a data voltage is supplied; a storage capacitor electrically connected between a second node of the driving transistor and the first node; and a charging ratio sensing unit electrically connected to the data line through an input line, wherein the charging ratio sensing unit senses a voltage charged in the storage capacitor through the input line. Accordingly, it may efficiently improve a pixel charging ratio by a charging ratio sensing unit connected to a data line through an input line sensing a voltage charged in a storage capacitor through the input line.

Abstract: Discussed are a display panel and a display device having the same. The display panel includes a plurality of subpixels. A gate line, a data line, and a reference voltage line are further disposed on the display panel. A gate driving circuit supplies a scan signal to the gate line. A data driving circuit converts image data into a data voltage and supplies the data voltages to the data line. A timing controller controls the gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit and generates compensation data for the image data using a sensing voltage detected through the reference voltage line. The display panel includes a plurality of sensing transistors disposed around a corresponding subpixel among the plurality of subpixels to connect the data line and the reference voltage line.

The electroluminescent display includes first and second active areas divided from a screen, a first timing controller configured to transmit pixel data of the first active area to be displayed on the first active area to a first driving circuit writing pixel data to pixels of the first active area, a second timing controller configured to transmit pixel data of the second active area to be displayed on the second active area to a second driving circuit writing pixel data to pixels of the second active area, and a bridge circuit configured to distribute an input image to the first and second timing controllers and synchronize the first and second timing controllers when receiving a synchronization request signal from the first and second timing controllers.
