    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof may turn on first and second transistors, wherein the first transistor electrically connects a data line and a first node of a driving transistor that drives an organic light emitting diode of each sub-pixel, and the second transistor electrically connects a second node of the driving transistor and a reference voltage line, and may provide a detection driving data voltage and a detection driving reference voltage to the first and second nodes of the driving transistor, respectively, to perform initialization; may turn off the first and second transistors to float the first and second nodes of the driving transistor, and may detect one or more from among a short and to an open of the organic light emitting diode by sensing the voltage of the first node or the second node of the driving transistor.

    Abstract: A touch display device and a driving circuit are disclosed in which the driving circuit is included in the touch display device. The driving circuit may be capable of reducing a chip size and power consumption by configuring an amplifier disposed in an output terminal of a data voltage to be electrically coupled with a feedback capacitor through a switch, and enabling both display driving and touch sensing to be performed through ON/OFF control of the switch. Further, the accuracy and performance of touch sensing may be improved by adjusting an ON/OFF operation of a switch and the number of amplifiers electrically coupled with the feedback capacitor, and a circuit structure for touch driving may be further simplified by generating a load-free driving voltage output in a touch driving period using the amplifiers and a digital-to-analog converter within the driving circuit.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a touch driving circuit and a touch display device. There may be provided a touch driving circuit capable of attenuating noise in the touch sensing signal and enhancing the output signal by the integrator by transferring charge through a sample-and-hold driving path and a bypass driving path, inverting the polarity of the charge sampled by the sampling switching block, and increasing the number of times of sampling. Further, as the amount of charge transferred by the offset voltage control switch included in the sample-and-hold driving path and bypass driving path may be adjusted within an offset voltage range, the performance of touch sensing may be enhanced.
