Abstract: The present embodiments may provide a touch display device including: a display panel in which a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of touch electrodes are disposed; a gate-driving circuit configured to drive the plurality of gate lines; a data-driving circuit configured to drive the plurality of data lines; and a touch-driving circuit configured to drive the plurality of touch electrodes while the plurality of data lines and the plurality of gate lines are driven. In this touch display device, while a touch-driving signal swings with a predetermined amplitude, a data signal and a gate signal may also swing with the predetermined amplitude. According to the present embodiments, it is possible to enable high-speed image display and high-speed touch sensing, to perform a display operation and a touch operation simultaneously, and to display an image normally without any image change.

Abstract: A display device includes at least one touch sensor configured to sense a touch in response to a touch signal, a display panel including the at least one touch sensor and configured to operate in one of a display mode and a touch-sensing mode, a first circuit and a second circuit. The first circuit is configured to supply at least one of a first touch signal and a second touch signal to the at least one touch sensor during the touch-sensing mode, to yield at least one supplied signal, the first touch signal being different from the second touch signal. The second circuit is configured to control signal lines corresponding to the at least one touch sensor to receive a signal corresponding to the at least one supplied signal or to be in an electrically open state.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to a touch display device and a touch driving circuit, which may detect a short circuit occurring between touch electrodes and between a plurality of touch lines. There may be provided a touch driving circuit capable of attenuating noise in the touch sensing signal and enhancing the output signal by the integrator by transferring charge through a sample-and-hold driving path and a bypass driving path, inverting the polarity of the charge sampled by the sampling switching block, and increasing the number of times of sampling. Further, as the amount of charge transferred by the offset voltage control switch included in the sample-and-hold driving path and bypass driving path may be adjusted within an offset voltage range, the performance of touch sensing may be enhanced.

Abstract: A touch display device, a touch driving circuit, and a touch-sensing method are disclosed in which control operation timing at which a charge control circuit connected to an input terminal of a pre-amplifier is controlled in consideration of a difference in a location or time constant for each touch electrode. Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, a data driving circuit, and a touch sensing method. By sensing multiple data lines simultaneously using gate signals for display as touch driving pulses, it is possible to provide touch sensing without having a separate touch electrode for touch sensing and touch driving pulses. The touch sensing method includes outputting gate signals sequentially having a pulse section including two or more pulses to gate lines, by a gate driving circuit; outputting an image data voltage to data lines, by a source driving circuit; sensing the data lines by combining every N (N is a natural number of 2 or more) data lines or sensing a plurality of reference voltage lines by combining every N reference voltage lines, by a sensing circuit; and determining a touch or a touch coordinate, based on sensing values obtained by sensing of the sensing circuit.

Abstract: A touch display device includes: a touch panel including N touch electrodes; a sensor sensing unit block including M sensor sensing units and to sense two or more touch electrodes among the N touch electrodes; a front multiplexer to select two or more touch electrodes from among the N touch electrodes and connect the selected touch electrodes to the sensor sensing unit block. The front multiplexer is configured to select M touch electrodes, which are disposed in a sensing active region corresponding to a first sensing period, from among the N touch electrodes, and to match and connect the M touch electrodes to the M sensor sensing units, wherein M is greater than or equal to 2, and N is greater than M. The M sensor sensing units are configured to simultaneously sense the M touch electrodes disposed in the sensing active region during the first sensing period.

Abstract: A touch display device and a driving circuit are disclosed in which the driving circuit is included in the touch display device. The driving circuit may be capable of reducing a chip size and power consumption by configuring an amplifier disposed in an output terminal of a data voltage to be electrically coupled with a feedback capacitor through a switch, and enabling both display driving and touch sensing to be performed through ON/OFF control of the switch. Further, the accuracy and performance of touch sensing may be improved by adjusting an ON/OFF operation of a switch and the number of amplifiers electrically coupled with the feedback capacitor, and a circuit structure for touch driving may be further simplified by generating a load-free driving voltage output in a touch driving period using the amplifiers and a digital-to-analog converter within the driving circuit.
