Abstract: A light emitting display device includes a circuit layer including a thin film transistor (TFT) and an auxiliary power electrode disposed on a substrate, at least one protection layer covering the circuit layer, and a contact portion passing through the at least one protection layer to expose a portion of the auxiliary power electrode, wherein the TFT includes an active layer, and the auxiliary power electrode is disposed on the same layer as the active layer.
