    Abstract: A transparent display device may include a substrate, a transmissive area, a non-transmissive area, and a plurality of subpixels provided in the non-transmissive area, having a light emitting element, which may include an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode. The transparent display device may further include a touch sensor disposed in the transmissive area, including a touch sensor electrode, and a sensing transistor for sensing a voltage of the touch sensor. The cathode electrode of the light emitting element and the touch sensor electrode of the touch sensor may be provided on a same layer and may be separated by a first undercut structure. The cathode electrode may extend to the transmissive area such that the cathode electrode is located in the transmissive area and in the non-transmissive area. The sensing transistor may be disposed to overlap the cathode electrode located in the transmissive area.

    Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a substrate including first to fourth subpixels, a first buffer layer positioned on the substrate, the first buffer layer including a silicon nitride layer and a silicon oxide layer, and a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting diode positioned on the first buffer layer. Each of the first to fourth subpixels includes an emission portion and a non-emission portion. A thickness of the silicon nitride layer in the non-emission portion is greater than a thickness of the silicon nitride layer in the emission portion.

    Abstract: A display device includes a light emitting diode LED element having a horizontal length in an X-axis direction and a vertical length in a Y-axis direction, a driving element connected to the LED element, and a reflective functional layer positioned to overlap an upper portion or a lower portion of the LED element, wherein the reflective functional layer includes a central area overlapping the LED element, an outer area including a graduation smaller than the horizontal length or the vertical length of the LED element, and a peripheral area between the central area and the outer area. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce a contact defect of the light emitting diode and the driving element by checking a position where the light emitting diode is attached on a substrate and a degree of misalignment.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a display device may include: transferring light emitting diodes onto a display panel using an alignment key on a wafer; determining a defective light emitting diode which is missed or misplaced from a transferring position; and transferring at least one light emitting diode for repairing the defective light emitting diode onto the display panel using a repair alignment key. The method can improve a repair process efficiency. In a display device, at least one light emitting diode of a pixel may be in a second electrode area of an electrode area, and each of other light emitting diodes of the pixel may be disposed in a first electrode area of an electrode area of the pixel but not in a second electrode area of the electrode area. Some corresponding light emitting diodes of two pixels may be separated by a distance different from a pixel distance.
