Abstract: Provided is a display apparatus that includes a substrate in which a plurality of sub pixels are defined; a plurality of light emitting diodes which are disposed in the plurality of sub pixels, the plurality of light emitting diodes having an organic layer shared between the plurality of light emitting diodes and a cathode electrode shared between the plurality of light emitting diodes; a bank disposed below the cathode electrode and between pairs of light emitting diodes from the plurality of light emitting diodes; a plurality of wiring lines disposed between the bank and the substrate; and a first pattern through a thickness of the bank, the first pattern overlapping a first wiring line from the plurality of wiring lines, wherein a first portion of the cathode electrode is disposed outside of the first pattern and a second portion of the cathode electrode is disposed in the first pattern.

Abstract: A partial transparent display device has a light transmitting function and a light emitting function in one area. The partial transparent display device includes a substrate, a transparent emission area, a driving emission area, and a pad part. The transparent emission area is disposed to be adjacent to one side of the substrate. The driving emission area is disposed to be adjacent to the transparent emission area and to be closer to the other side opposite to the one side. The pad part extends from the driving emission area and is disposed on the other side. The driving emission area includes driving emission pixels which are defined by scan lines, data lines, and pixel driving power supply lines. The transparent emission area includes transparent emission pixels which are defined without the scan lines, the data lines, and the pixel driving power supply lines.

Abstract: Disclosed are a divisional exposure apparatus which allows for forming a PAC layer uniformly on RGBW subpixels by a single mask process, using divisional exposure, in a large-size liquid crystal display with a COT structure, and a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display using the same. To this end, the sum of illumination intensities at the center of an overlap region is controlled in the range of 120% to 130%, and gradually increases from 100% at the edge (boundary) of the overlap region. Accordingly, the cell gap between the RGB subpixels and the W subpixel is made uniform, thus preventing the problem of spots.
