Embodiments of the present disclosure provides with a backlight unit and a display device with the backlight unit including a plurality of light emitting elements disposed on a substrate, a first reflector disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of holes, one of the plurality of light emitting elements being disposed in each hole, a light conversion sheet disposed on the substrate and having a light conversion pattern disposed at a position overlapping the light emitting element, and a phosphor sheet having a first phosphor disposed on the substrate, wherein a size of first light emitting elements disposed on the edge of the substrate among the plurality of light emitting elements is larger than size of second light emitting elements disposed in the center of the substrate.

An organic light-emitting display device includes a substrate including a display area in which a plurality of pixels are disposed, and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a dam pattern surrounding the display area and positioned in the non-display area; a first barrier pattern positioned in a first barrier area between the dam pattern and the display area; a second barrier pattern positioned in a second barrier area outside the dam pattern; an organic light-emitting element layer positioned in a pixel area, the first barrier area, and the second barrier area, wherein the organic light-emitting element layer is divided into discontinuous portions spaced from each other via each of the first barrier pattern and the second barrier pattern; and an encapsulation portion covering the display area, the organic light-emitting element layer, the first barrier pattern and the second barrier pattern.

There are provided a circuit device for emitting heat to the outside and a backlight unit including the same. The present invention relates to a display device, a backlight unit connected to a display panel, or a constituent element thereof. The circuit device generates heat, and one or more heat emitting units for emitting heat generated from the light source of the backlight unit to the outside are added to the circuit device, and the backlight unit controlled by the aforementioned circuit device is provided. Each of the heat emitting units according to one embodiment of the present invention includes two or more different material layers to fix the circuit device and provide a heat emitting/directing function.
Abstract:
A color conversion member, a backlight unit and a display device are discussed. The color conversion member including a reflection partition wall and color conversion material is disposed between a light source and a light path control sheet, so that the thickness of the backlight unit can be reduced, and the wavelength conversion function and the light guide function can be easily implemented by the color conversion member. In addition, by adjusting the thickness of the reflection partition wall and the thickness of the color conversion material, or by adjusting the structure of a light source protection layer located under the color conversion member, it is possible to easily implement various optical properties needed according to the backlight unit without increasing the thickness of the backlight unit.
