Abstract: A display device includes a display panel having scan lines, data lines, and sub-pixels disposed therein; a scan driver which drives the scan lines; and a data driver which drives the data lines. Each of the sub-pixels includes: a light emitting element; a driving transistor which drives the light emitting element; a 3-1th transistor electrically connected between a first node of the driving transistor and a high potential voltage; a 1-1th transistor and a 1-2th transistor each electrically connected between a second node of the driving transistor and a 1-1th or 1-2th data line, respectively; a second transistor electrically connected between a third node of the driving transistor and an initialization voltage line; a first capacitor connected between the second node and an anode electrode of the light emitting element; and a second capacitor connected between the high potential voltage and the anode electrode.

Abstract: A display panel having a display area where an image is displayed and a non-display area outside the display area, comprising first and second gate drive units disposed in a first outer area and a second outer area of the non-display area corresponding to both sides of the display area in a horizontal direction. Here, the first gate drive unit disposed in the first outer area includes a first signal block supplying a first drive control signal to respective horizontal lines having pixels, which are arranged successively in the horizontal direction, of the plurality of pixels and a second signal block supplying a second drive control signal having pulses different from those of the first drive control signal to the respective horizontal lines, and the second gate drive unit disposed in the second outer area includes the second signal block and a third signal block supplying a third drive control signal having pulses different from those of the first and second drive control signals to the respective horizontal lines.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display is disclosed. In the disclosure, only one switching TFT among TFTs constituting a pixel is implemented as an NMOS type TFT, and at least some of a driving TFT and the remaining switching TFTs are implemented as a PMOS type TFT. Therefore, the disclosure simplifies TFT process steps and provides an organic light emitting display suitable for realizing a high resolution pixel implementation.

Abstract: A gate driving circuit and an image display device including the gate driving circuit are provided. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the gate driving circuit includes a plurality of stages configured to sequentially and repeatedly output a plurality of scan pulses having different pulse widths in response to a gate control signal applied from a timing controller and the plurality of stages sequentially generate the plurality of scan pulses having different pulse widths and phase-delayed in response to three-phase clock pulses among the gate control signals and sequentially supply the plurality of scan pulses to gate lines of a display panel to selectively adjust a light emission period or a color display period for each red pixel, green pixel, and blue pixel, thereby improving image quality.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes an organic light emitting device, a first thin film transistor which is connected in series with the organic light emitting device between a first driving source line supplying a first driving source and a second driving source line supplying a second driving source lower than the first driving source, and second and third thin film transistors which are connected in series with each other between a first node between the first thin film transistor and the organic light emitting device and a data line supplying a data signal. The number of the drive control signals supplied to respective pixels in this organic light emitting display device can be reduced, thereby preventing a bezel from being widened due to a gate drive unit embedded in a display panel.
