    Abstract: Provided is a display device. The display device includes a substrate including a plurality of pixels, an adhesive layer on the substrate, a light emitting diode on the adhesive layer, a planarization layer surrounding the light emitting diode, a connection electrode on the planarization layer, and a transparent protective layer on the connection electrode. At least one layer of the adhesive layer, the planarization layer, and the transparent protective layer includes a plurality of multi-shell structured particles. The multi-shell structured particles are included in the display device so that the adhesion and the adhesion holding power between the light emitting diode and the driving panel are improved to increase the product yield and improve the luminance of the light emitting diode, thereby providing a display device with low power consumption.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display panel and an organic light emitting display device including the panel are discussed. The organic light emitting display device can include a planarization layer disposed on a substrate, a first electrode disposed on a portion of an upper surface of the planarization layer, a protective pattern surrounding a portion of an upper surface and a side surface of the first electrode, a bank disposed to expose the portion of the upper surface of the first electrode and to be in contact with the portion of the upper surface of the planarization layer while surrounding the protective pattern, a light emitting layer disposed on the bank and disposed on the upper surface of the first electrode that does not overlap the bank, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer. The display device is capable of preventing the first electrode from being contaminated by foreign substances.
