    Abstract: A display device is proposed, the display device including a display panel having a plurality of pixels; a data driving circuit converting pixel data to a data voltage based on a gamma compensation voltage to supply the same to the plurality of pixels through a plurality of data lines; a gate driving circuit supplying a scan signal through a gate line connected to pixels of each horizontal line of the display panel; a power supply unit supplying a pixel driving voltage to the plurality of pixels through a power line; and a gamma reference voltage adjusting unit adjusting a range of the gamma compensation voltage based on a pixel driving voltage measurement value measured in synchronization with the scan signal at a plurality of positions on the display panel.

    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device includes: a display panel including: pixels connected to data lines and gate lines and division-driven into a plurality of panel blocks, and a plurality of touch sensors connected to the pixels, a display driving circuit providing data of an input image to the pixels in multiple display periods divided from one frame period, and a touch sensing circuit driving the touch sensors and sensing a touch input in a touch sensing period allocated between the display periods of the frame period, adjacent panel blocks being division-driven in the display periods that are separated from each other with the touch sensing period, in which the touch sensors are driven, interposed therebetween, the display driving circuit including a shift register: shifting a gate pulse in accordance with a shift clock timing, and sequentially supplying the gate pulse to the gate lines.

    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device includes: a display panel including first and second panel blocks (PBs), each including a pixel array with embedded touch sensors, a display driving circuit providing image data to pixels of the first and second PBs during a display period, and a touch sensing circuit driving the touch sensors of the first and second PBs during a touch sensing period, the display driving circuit including a shift register sequentially providing gate pulses (GPs) to gate lines, the shift register including: a first stage group (SG) applying a GP to gate lines in the first PB, a bridge stage connected in cascade to a last stage of the first SG, and providing a first carry signal, and a second SG applying a GP to gate lines in the second PB, a first stage of the second SG operating in response to the first carry signal.

    Abstract: A display device is proposed, the display device including a display panel and a driving circuit, and pixels included in the display panel includes a driving transistor, a light emitting element, a capacitor, and first to sixth switching transistors T1 to T6. T1 senses threshold voltage of the driving transistor, the capacitor stores data voltage and a threshold voltage in both electrodes, T2 applies data voltage to the capacitor, T3 initializes the storage capacitor to reference voltage, and T4 initialize the light emitting element to reference voltage, T5 controls current flow between the driving transistor and the light emitting element, and T6 connects both electrodes of the capacitor. The driving circuit divides one frame into an initialization period, a program period, and a light emission period to drive a pixel, and stops light emission of the light emitting device and make equal voltage across the capacitor, in the initialization period.

The light valve panel according to an aspect includes a liquid crystal layer, a first electrode including a block corresponding one-to-one with a light valve data line, and a second electrode facing the first electrode with the liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween. An angle between a vertical edge of the block and the light valve data line is greater than 0° and less than 90°. The liquid crystal display device according to another aspect includes a display panel, a backlight unit, and a light valve panel.
