    Abstract: A touch sensing circuit is configured to supply touch drive signals to electrodes of a touch sensitive display device and detect corresponding touch sense signals from the electrodes in response to the supplied touch drive signals, a touch sense signal indicating a change in self-capacitance of a driven electrode in response to a touch input on the driven electrode. The touch sensing circuit is further configured to integrate, for a first predetermined duration of time, a measure of each of the touch sense signals, to generate a first integrated signal corresponding to each touch sense signal; integrate, for a second predetermined duration of time, the first integrated signal, to generate a second integrated signal corresponding to each touch sense signal; and determine presence of one or more touch inputs on one or more of the electrodes based on the second integrated signal.

    Abstract: A touch screen device includes a touch screen panel including Tx lines, Rx lines, and touch sensors formed at crossings of the Tx lines and Rx lines; a Tx driving circuit for supplying a driving pulse to the Tx lines; and an Rx driving circuit for sampling charge variations of the touch sensors, which are received through the Rx lines, and converting the received charge variations into touch raw data, wherein the Rx driving circuit includes: a noise filter that removes noise of signals received from the Rx line; an integrator that accumulates the charge variations passing through the noise filter; a sampling circuit that samples the accumulated charge variation of the integrator; and an analog to digital converter that converts the charge variation sampled by the sampling circuit into the touch raw data, the noise filter being a biquad bandpass filter including variable resistors and variable capacitors.

    Abstract: Discussed are a display device and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a source electrode and a drain electrode are disposed under an active layer of a thin film transistor, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process of the device, reducing a manufacturing time thereof, and reducing a manufacturing cost thereof. To this end, the source electrode, the drain electrode and a light-blocking layer are disposed on a substrate, and constitute the same layer and are made of the same material. An interlayer insulating layer is disposed thereon. A first contact-hole and a second contact-hole are disposed in the interlayer insulating layer. A first connection line connects the source electrode and an active layer to each other, and a second connection line connects the drain electrode and the active layer to each other, whereby the array substrate of the display device can be manufactured using the total of 7 mask processes.
