Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display is provided. The organic light emitting diode display includes a display panel having a plurality of pixels each including a light emitting diode, a data driver supplying a plurality of data signals to the plurality of pixels, a gate driver including a gate unit supplying a plurality of gate signals to the plurality of pixels and an emission unit supplying a plurality of emission signals to the plurality of pixels using a charge pump element to control a length of an emission period of the light emitting diode, and a timing controller supplying image data and a data control signal to the data driver and supplying a gate control signal to the gate driver.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel and a scan driver including transistors formed in a non-display area of the display panel. A compensation voltage is supplied to the scan driver through a compensation gate electrode included in at least one transistor of the scan driver. Namely, the at least one transistor includes a gate electrode, to which a signal or a voltage for activating a channel is supplied, and the compensation gate electrode, to which the compensation voltage for recovering a threshold voltage is supplied.

Abstract: A virtual reality display device that can include a first pixel array and a second pixel array. Pixels of the pixel arrays can have a response time that is less than 2 msec, where the response time for a pixel is a sum of a first amount of time for brightness of the pixel to rise from 10% of white luminance to 90% of white luminance and a second amount of time for response time to fall from 90% of white luminance to 10% of white luminance. Additionally, the first pixel array can be separated from the second pixel array by a gap, and a distance from a center of the first pixel array to a center of the second pixel array is between 58 mm to 72 mm.

Abstract: A bi-directional shift register can include a plurality of stages, an Nth stage among the plurality of stages including a first switching unit configured to receive a forward driving signal and a reverse driving signal, and control a Q-node; a second switching unit configured to receive an (N+2)th clock signal, and control a QB-node; a third switching unit configured to discharge the QB-node to a low-level voltage when the Q-node is charged to a high-level voltage, and discharge the Q-node to the low-level voltage when the QB-node is charged to the high-level voltage; and an output unit configured to output an Nth clock signal to an output terminal based on a voltage at the Q-node, in which the forward driving signal is an output signal from an (N−1)th stage or a forward start signal from an external source external to the shift register, and the reverse driving signal is an output signal from the (N+1)th stage or a reverse start signal from the external source.
