    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a display apparatus, including a substrate including a pixel area including a disconnected area which encloses a hole area, an organic light emitting diode formed in the pixel area and the disconnected area, a plurality of inorganic insulating layers disposed below the organic light emitting diode, a disconnection structure which is disposed in the disconnected area and encloses the hole area, and an internal dam which is disposed in the disconnected area and encloses the disconnection structure, and in which the disconnection structure includes an eave portion which is simultaneously formed with the internal dam and a trench which is formed by etching the plurality of inorganic insulating layers disposed below the eave portion, and the disconnection structure is configured to have a predetermined overhang and a predetermined depth by the eave portion and the trench structure.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a transistor disposed on the substrate and including a first source-drain electrode material pattern, an active layer, and a gate electrode positioned to overlap the active layer, a first planarization layer disposed on the first source-drain electrode material pattern of the transistor, a metal pattern disposed on the first planarization layer and electrically connected to the transistor, a second planarization layer covering the metal pattern and a bank disposed on the second planarization layer and including a plurality of openings of different sizes, wherein the metal pattern is spaced apart at the same interval in regions under the plurality of openings of different sizes. According to embodiments of the present specification, it is possible to provide a display device with improved color vision angle characteristics.

An organic light-emitting diode display includes a plurality of pixels, each pixel includes an organic light-emitting diode, and the organic light-emitting diode display includes: a substrate, a horizontal line on the substrate, at least one first insulating layer on the horizontal line, a shielding electrode on the at least one first insulating layer, at least one second insulating layer on the shielding electrode, a data line on the at least one second insulating layer, the data line crossing the horizontal line, the shielding electrode overlapping the horizontal line and the data line at a crossing of the horizontal line and the data line, and a constant voltage source connected to the shielding electrode.
