摘要: An organic light-emitting display device includes a substrate; a thin-film transistor layer disposed on the substrate, and including a thin-film transistor including a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; a color filter layer disposed on the thin-film transistor layer and including a red color filter, a green color filter, and a blue color filter; an organic light-emitting element disposed on the color filter layer; and a plurality of out-coupling enhancing members formed in the thin-film transistor layer, wherein the out-coupling enhancing members are spaced from each other at a predetermined spacing and each of the out-coupling enhancing members extends in a stripe shape, and the out-coupling enhancing members vertically overlap the red color filter.

摘要: A self light-emitting display device includes a substrate having a circuit board and a color filter pattern on the circuit board. The circuit board includes a driving thin-film transistor. The display device further includes a passivation film above the substrate, a color conversion pattern above the passivation film and overlapping the color filter pattern, and a light-emitting layer above the passivation film and the color conversion pattern. The light emitting layer includes a flat part and a convex part. The convex part is above the color conversion pattern and protrudes convexly relative to the flat part.
