Abstract: An electroluminescent display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area which surrounds the display area, a crack detecting unit on the substrate in the non-display area, an interlayer insulating layer disposed so as to cover the crack detecting unit, a power supply electrode which is located on the interlayer insulating layer and is disposed between the crack detecting unit and the display area, a protective layer disposed so as to cover the power supply electrode; a planarizing layer which is located on the protective layer and is disposed so as to overlap the crack detecting unit, and an alignment reference unit which is located on the planarizing layer and overlaps the crack detecting unit.

Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display device in which a protective layer covers an electrostatic discharging circuit to minimize a damage which may be generated while discharging static electricity. At least one driving element which is connected to a data line and a gate line is disposed on a substrate. The driving element is covered by a planarization layer and is connected to the organic light emitting diode disposed on the planarization layer. The electrostatic discharging circuit is electrically connected to the data line or the gate line and is covered by the protective layer to minimize damages which may be caused in the organic light emitting display device during the process of discharging static electricity through the electrostatic discharging circuit.

Abstract: A display device according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes at least one groove formed in an organic file disposed on a substrate. As a result, it is possible to discharge, or delay the movement of, moisture generated in a manufacturing process of the display device, or gas remaining in an organic film. Thus the display quality and lifetime of the display device can be improved.
