    Abstract: A display device and a method of driving the same are provided. The display device according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes: a display panel including a plurality of pixel lines in an area A, an area B, and an area C; a panel driver configured to: supply input image data to pixel lines in the area A during a first period; supply black image data to pixel lines in the area B during a second period following the first period; and supply input image data to pixel lines in the area C during a third period following the second period; and a timing controller configured to adjust a first input image data to be supplied to a last pixel line in the area A to a first adjusted data based on a first compensation table.

    Abstract: A display device having a bankless structure may comprises: a substrate on which pixels including an emission area and a non-emission area are disposed; a first conductive layer disposed on the substrate, and including a lower electrode of a storage capacitor; an active layer formed on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer formed on the active layer, and including electrodes of at least one transistor, and an upper electrode of the storage capacitor which is formed in a single pattern with at least one of the electrodes of the at least one transistor; an overcoat layer covering the second conductive layer; and a light-emitting element may be disposed on the overcoat layer, and connected to the upper electrode of the storage capacitor through a via hole, wherein the via hole does not overlap the at least one transistor, when viewed from above.

A display device includes a display panel including sub-pixels arranged thereon, a gate driver configured to applying a scan signal to the sub-pixels, and a controller configured to sense a characteristic value of the sub-pixels, wherein the controller outputs a first clock and a second clock based on a count value increasing sequentially from an initial value during a sensing period for sensing selected sub-pixels, the gate driver generates a gate clock signal in synchronization with the first clock and the second clock and the scan signal based on the gate clock signal.
