    Abstract: A method for transmitting data on the basis of polar coding in a wireless communication system, according to the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: transmitting data including a plurality of information blocks, each of which contains a corresponding cyclic redundancy check (CRC); receiving a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (HARQ ACK/NACK) of the transmitted data; performing learning in order to retransmit the plurality of information blocks; and retransmitting the plurality of information blocks on the basis of the HARQ ACK/NACK, wherein the step of performing learning comprises the steps of: obtaining current state sn; obtaining actions to be applied to current state sn; and selecting, from the actions, an action maximizing expected reward value Qn+1, wherein expected reward value Qn+1 is obtained on the basis of rewards R1, R2, . . . , Rn corresponding to states s1, s2, . . . , sn, and the plurality of information blocks is retransmitted on the basis of the selected action.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for performing Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) by a data transmitting terminal in a wireless communication system. The terminal transmits data using a specific code word selected from a plurality of code words included in a mother code, calculates a Bit Error Rate (BER) upper bound for a receiving terminal that receives the data, calculates a BER lower bound for another terminal that is able to eavesdrop the data, and performs the HARQ based on whether the BER upper bound is greater than a BER reference level for the receiving terminal and whether a probability of the BER lower bound being less than the BER reference level for the another terminal is less than a predetermined value.

    Abstract: The present invention develops a wireless communication transmitting scheme which allows a desired receiver to stably receive data so that data are not tapped by a third party when a transmitter transmits data to the receiver in a wireless scheme. In particular, the third party not a desired receiver taps, a bit error probability of received data is maintained to have about 50%, so that the third party cannot substantially obtain valid data. A suggested scheme of the present invention may transmit security data in a state that a transmitter and a receiver do not have a secret key unlike an existing cryptography.
