    Abstract: The present invention relates to an image display apparatus. The image display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention a display including an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel, and a controller to control the OLED panel, in which, in a case where an image to be displayed on the OLED panel is a moving image, during a first duration, the display displays a portion of a first frame image on a first area of the OLED panel and displays a portion of a second frame image before the first frame image on a second area other than the first area of the OLED panel, and in which, in the case where the image to be displayed on the organic light-emitting is the moving image, during a second duration after the first duration, the display displays a black image on all display areas of the OLED panel.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a panel in which a plurality of pixels are disposed, a power supplier configured to supply a current to the panel, and a controller configured to acquire information about the current supplied to the panel and perform an automatic current limit so that the current supplied to the panel is controlled to a preset current limit value or less. The controller is configured to adjust the current limit value based on the information about the current supplied to the panel.
