    Abstract: An image display device is provided that efficiently cools a display and internal circuit components thereof. The image display device includes a display for displaying visual information, circuit components spaced apart from a rear side of the display, a fan installed on the rear side of the display that generates an airflow from one side of the display to the other side of the display so as to cool the display and the circuit components, and an airflow distribution device facing the fan to selectively distribute the airflow generated by the fan towards the display and the circuit components based on temperatures of the display and the circuit components.

    Abstract: There is disclosed a digital signage including a display panel, a housing having the display panel arranged in one surface, the housing comprising a closed inner space, a cooling unit provided in a predetermined portion of the housing, the cooling unit comprising a hole configured to suck and exhaust external air, a heat pipe comprising one end positioned in the inner space of the housing to be coupled to a back surface of the display and the other end positioned in the cooling unit, with a liquid flowing therein to move heat, and a driving circuit board coupled to a back surface of the heat pipe to control driving of the display panel, such that the digital signage having a slim design can exhaust the heat generated from a display panel and a driving circuit board effectively.

    Abstract: There are disclosed a digital signage including a display panel, a first support panel coupled to a rear surface of the display panel, the first support panel comprising a plurality of first grooves formed in one direction, a second support panel coupled to a rear surface of the first support panel, the second support panel comprising a plurality of second grooves formed in an orthogonal direction with respect to the first grooves, a driving circuit board provided in a rear surface of the second support panel to control driving of the display panel, and a case comprising the display panel arranged in one surface thereof and an inner space where the first support panel, the second support panel and the driving circuit board are mounted, wherein both ends of the first grooves are open toward the inner space of the case to induce air flow in the case, and both ends of the second grooves are in communication with the outside via a hole formed in the case to flow external air there through, such that the support structure of the display panel may be used in exhausting the heat generated in the display panel and the circuit board effectively.

    Abstract: A digital sign and a method of driving a digital sign are provided. The digital sign may include a case, a display panel provided in the case, and a circuit unit to drive the display panel. An inner space of the case may include a first space and a second space, with a first end of the first space connected to a first end of the second space. A suction port may be formed in the case to guide external air into the inner space, and a discharge port may be formed in the case to discharge the air from the case. A circulation fan may be provided in the inner space to induce flow of air in the inner space, and a circulation damper may be disposed between second ends of the first space and the second space to open and close the second ends thereof. The air introduced through the suction port passes through the inner space of the case and is discharged through the discharge port when the circulation damper is closed, and the air circulates in the first space and the second space when the circulation damper is opened.

    Abstract: A cooler having a transparent display is provided. The cooler may include a body forming a predetermined space configured to receive products therein; a cooling unit or device installed in the body and configured to supply cooled air into the space; a door installed in or on the body to open and dose the space; and a transparent display assembly installed in the door and configured to provide predetermined information related to the products to a user. The transparent display assembly may include a transparent display panel, a dispersion panel arranged at a rear of the transparent display panel and configured to scatter light, which is incident upon a side of the dispersion panel, and a light source that irradiates light from the side of the dispersion panel to an inside of the dispersion panel. A transparency of the dispersion panel may be controlled depending on a distance between a user and the cooler to allow the user to selectively see the products.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a display apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the display apparatus includes a case, a display inside the case, and a heat exchanger disposed on a rear surface of the case to perform heat exchange between an outside and an inside of the case, wherein a first space and a second space separated from each other are formed on a front surface and a rear surface of the display, respectively, and heat exchange is performed between the first space and the second space, wherein heat exchange with the second space and the outside is performed through the heat exchanger. Thereby, the temperature inside the display apparatus that is installable outside may be effectively cooled.
