    Abstract: A method of making a motor having a shaft; a pair of end plates arranged to be spaced apart from each other on the shaft; a magnet disposed between the pair of end plates; and a rotor case which surrounds the outer peripheries of the pair of end plates and the outer periphery of the magnet and is made of a synthetic resin material, wherein each of the pair of end plates includes: a flange part, one surface of which faces the magnet; and a cylinder part protruding in a direction opposite to the magnet from the flange part, and the flange part includes a tapered part having an outer diameter which decreases toward the cylinder part.

    Abstract: To achieve the objects described above, the cleaner according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes a main body forming an airflow path through which air is sucked and exhausted; a dust separation unit disposed in the airflow path and configured to separate dust from air; a fan module disposed in the airflow path and configured to move the air in the airflow path; and a noise control module including a speaker and a detection unit detecting noise or vibration, and configured to cause an output of the speaker to be reduced a level of the noise of at least one frequency range of 1500 Hz or less the noise generated when the fan module is operated, based on the detection signal of the detection unit. wherein the main body includes an exhaust outlet through which air in the airflow path is exhausted and a sound outlet through which the sound of the speaker is exhausted, wherein the exhaust outlet and the sound outlet look the same direction relative to the main body.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a robot cleaner. The robot cleaner comprising: a cleaner main body defining an external appearance of the robot cleaner, a suction unit provided in the cleaner main body for suctioning air containing dust, a dust separation unit for separating the dust from the air suctioned through the suction unit, and a fan unit connected to the dust separation unit for providing suction force to the suction unit, wherein the fan unit includes: a drive motor, a first chamber surrounding the drive motor and provided with a first suction hole and a first exhaust hole, and a second chamber surrounding the first chamber and provided with a second suction hole and a second exhaust hole, wherein the fan unit includes a cover placed at an upper side of the second suction hole for preventing noise generated from the drive motor from being emitted through the second suction hole, and wherein the cover includes: a cover part for blocking a path of noise transmitted through the second suction hole; and a support part for seating the cover part on a top of the second chamber.

The machine room is defined by a case that has a communication portion configured to communicate a fluid between an inside of the case and an outside of the case to thereby exchange heat between the fluid and the condenser and between the fluid and the compressor.

    Abstract: A suction unit includes a suction motor for generating air flow; a noise reduction unit which surrounds the suction motor and acts as a resonator in order to reduce noise generated during the operation of the suction motor; and a motor chamber which surrounds the noise reduction unit. The noise reduction unit includes an air flow path which provide a path of air flowing by the suction motor, a noise reduction chamber for eliminating the noise of at least one frequency band, and at least one communicating hole which causes sound wave of the noise to enter the noise reduction chamber. The air flow path is divided from the noise reduction chamber and thus the sound wave of the noise enters the noise reduction chamber through the communicating hole during a process in which air passes through the air flow path.
