Abstract: An antimicrobial composition containing a ginseng extract and a green tea extract, an antimicrobial filter, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which maximize antimicrobial and antiviral effects and exhibit antimicrobial and antiviral effects using a single filter, thus advantageously having little pressure loss and enabling production at low cost in comparison to the related art, which uses two filers.
