    Abstract: A motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatably coupled to a rotation shaft. The rotor includes: rotor core segments arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor on the inner side or the outer side of the stator and spaced apart from one another to define permanent magnet arrangement slots between the rotor core segments; permanent magnets inserted into the permanent magnet arrangement slots, respectively; and a rotor frame including rotor frame pins that fix each of the permanent magnets between the rotor core segments. Each of the rotor core segments defines a rotor core hole that extends parallel to an axial direction of the rotation shaft. The rotor frame comprises: a base formed to surround the plurality of rotor core segments and the plurality of permanent magnets in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the rotation shaft; and a plurality of permanent magnet fixing jig holes formed only at an inner end between the inner and outer ends of the base to expose the plurality of permanent magnets.

    Abstract: A motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatably disposed at an inner side of the stator or an outer side of the stator. The rotor includes a rotor core block including a plurality of rotor core segments that are arranged along a circumferential direction of the rotor, where each of the rotor core segments includes a plurality of electrical steel sheets that are stacked on one another. The rotor further includes a plurality of permanent magnets disposed between the plurality of rotor core segments, where the plurality of rotor core segments and the plurality of permanent magnets are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotor. The plurality of electrical steel sheets include bridges that connect the plurality of rotor core segments to one another along the circumferential direction of the rotor.

    Abstract: A motor includes a first housing having a groove, a rotor inserted into the groove and rotatably provided outside the first housing, a second housing coupled to the first housing to form a space together with an outer circumferential surface of the groove, a stator provided in the space, a rotation shaft coupled to the rotor and extended in one direction, and a sealer coupled to the first housing to surround the rotation shaft. The sealer includes a base rotatably coupled to the rotation shaft, a gasket brought into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft, and a cover coupled to the base to fix the gasket to the base. The base includes a first annular protruding portion spaced apart from the rotation shaft to support the gasket, and a second annular protruding portion spaced apart from the first annular protruding portion to support the gasket.
