Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless charging method, and an apparatus and a system therefor. A wireless charging method in a wireless power transmitter, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: controlling transmission power on the basis feedback signal periodically received from wireless power receiver during power transmission; determining whether or not the wireless power receiver is present in a charging area during the power transmission; and maintaining the intensity of the transmission power constant if the result of the determination shows that the wireless power receiver is not present in the charging area. Therefore, the present invention is advantageous that it is possible to prevent, in advance, the power transmission from being unnecessarily stopped against a user's intention.

Abstract: A charging control device includes a capacitor, a comparison unit and a switching unit. The capacitor is charged with a voltage converted from power received from a wireless power sending device. The comparison unit compares the voltage of the capacitor with a reference voltage, and generates an output signal according to the result of the comparison. The switching unit is connected to the front end of the capacitor and is switched by the output signal from the comparison unit so as to control whether to supply the converted voltage to a load terminal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless power transmission method in a wireless charging system supporting electromagnetic resonance and a device therefor. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a wireless power transmission method in a wireless power transmitter wirelessly supplying power to a wireless power receiver through a resonance phenomenon can comprise the steps of: entering a configuration state according to the application of power and performing booting; generating a random first standby offset when the booting is completed; and entering a power saving state at a point in time determined on the basis of the first standby offset, so as to initiate a beacon sequence. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of enabling power loss caused by cross connection and device damage caused by heat generation in the wireless charging system to be minimized.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a transmitting apparatus for both wireless charging and short range communication. According to an embodiment, the transmitting apparatus for both wireless charging and short range communication includes a power transmitter configured to wirelessly transmit power to a power receiver, a communication transmitter configured to wirelessly transmit information to a communication receiver, and a controller configured to control the transmitting apparatus to be selectively switched between a first mode in which the power transmitter is enabled and the communication transmitter is disabled and a second mode in which the communication transmitter is enabled and the power transmitter is disabled. The controller may switch to the first mode when the power receiver is sensed, and may switch to the second mode when the communication receiver is sensed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a power receiver or a communication receiver is sensed and then a power transmitter or a communication transmitter corresponding thereto is selectively operated so that a communication error that occurs when the power transmitter and the communication transmitter are simultaneously operated is prevented and an unnecessary waste of power is reduced.
