摘要： A connector assembly includes a socket connector, and a plug connector including a plug housing and plug terminals disposed in the plug housing and each having a contact portion projected sideward out of the plug housing. The socket connector includes a socket housing defining an insertion space, plug terminals disposed in the socket housing and contact pads embedded in two opposite inner sidewalls of the insertion space to connect with the plug terminals and exposed in the insertion space. Two end edges of the inner sidewalls of the insertion space are designed with two arc-shaped guiding surfaces. A bottom of each contact pad is bent and embedded in the inner sidewall to realize a smooth connection of the contact pad and the guiding surface so as to guide the contact portions to be inserted into the insertion space along the guiding surfaces and electrically contact with the contact pads.

摘要： A card connector for receiving a card includes an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive terminals received in the insulating housing, an ejection mechanism and a shielding shell covered on the insulating housing. The insulating housing defines a guiding groove. The ejection mechanism assembled in the insulating housing includes a sliding block, an elastic element and a guide pin. The sliding block has a base body, a sliding body extending sideward from one side of the base body for ejecting the card out, and a locking body extending frontward from a root of the sliding body and spaced from the one side of the base body to define a positioning passage therebetween for guiding the card to enter the insulating housing, a guiding block protruded at a bottom of the locking body to be slidably located in the guiding groove to guide the slide of the sliding block.

摘要： A charger includes a female connector disposed in a mobile phone, and a male connector mated with the female connector and adapter for electrically connecting with an external power supply. The female connector includes an insulating housing defining a receiving chamber, first electrical terminals each having one end thereof embedded in the insulating housing and the other end thereof exposed in the receiving chamber, and second electrical terminals of which each has one end embedded in the insulating housing and further electrically connected with the one end of the corresponding first electrical terminal, and the other end projected out of the insulating housing to be connected with a mobile phone PCB. The male connector has electrical contacts exposed outward, and can be removably inserted in the receiving chamber of the female connector to realize an electrical connection between the electrical contacts and the corresponding first electrical terminals.

摘要： An audio jack connector includes an insulating housing, signal terminals and a ground terminal. The insulating housing defines an insertion hole extending longitudinally to penetrate through a front of the insulating housing, a fastening groove and a gap communicating with the insertion hole. The signal terminals are disposed at regular intervals between one side surface and the insertion hole of the insulating housing. The ground terminal has a base plate vertically fastened in one side surface of the insulating housing, a soldering arm projected under a bottom surface, a fastening plate bent from a top of the base plate, an elastic plate extending forward from the fastening plate and a contact arm formed by a front end of the elastic plate arched downward. The fastening plate and the elastic plate are disposed in the fastening groove with the contact arm stretched into the insertion hole through the gap.

摘要： A card connector adapted for receiving an electronic card has an insulating housing having a receiving recess. A plurality of terminals is received in the insulating housing and protruded into the receiving recess for contacting the electronic card. An eject mechanism is disposed in the insulating housing and beside the receiving recess. A locking element is mounted in the insulating housing and has a locking plate. The locking plate has a locking portion protruded into the receiving recess. The locking portion is capable of being pressed downwardly by the inserted electronic card and elastically released to engage with a recess of the electronic card when the electronic card is fully inserted into the receiving recess. A cover is coupled with the insulating housing.

A fool-proofing member has a pivot pillar vertically pivoted in one side of the insulating housing, a first fool-proofing portion and a second fool-proofing portion protruded on an outside face of the pivot pillar and apart designed at an upper position and a lower position of the pivot pillar at an angle. An elastic element is put around a top of the pivot pillar to make the first fool-proofing portion hidden in the insulating housing and the second fool-proofing portion stretched in the second receiving chamber for receiving one card in the first receiving chamber. The first fool-proofing portion stretches into the first receiving chamber under the rotation drive of the fool-proofing member realized by another card being inserted into the second receiving chamber to push the second fool-proofing portion rearward.
