    摘要: A cardiac rhythm management system includes a lead assembly for intracardiac mapping, pacing, and drug delivery. The lead assembly includes an implantable endocardial lead having a proximal end for connection to an implantable cardiac rhythm management device and a distal end for disposal in an intracardiac region. The lead includes a pacing-sensing electrode and a drug delivery device, both located at or near the distal end. A lumen is within and extends throughout the lead, with an opening at or near the proximal end and another opening at or near the distal end. The lumen provides for access to the intracardiac region by a steerable stylet and a hollow needle, one at a time. The steerable stylet allows for electrophysiological mapping of the intracardiac region. The hollow needle allows for delivery of chemical, biochemical, and/or biological substance to the intracardiac region.

A method includes varying the stiffness of a coiled conductor assembly including winding a plurality of conductors to form the coiled conductor assembly, and pulling at least one loop of a first conductor away from the coiled conductor assembly.

One example method includes providing a corpus of campaigns, where a campaign defines parameters for presentation that specify circumstances under which content items are presented to users in response to requests. The corpus is filtered by identifying one or more candidate campaigns, where each of the identified candidate campaigns is associated with a geographic region and includes one or more constraints that permit pausing distribution of content items without compromising campaign goals. For each candidate campaign, one or more experimental geographic locations included in the geographic region are determined that are substantially representative of the region. Presentation of at least one of the content items is paused for a time period, and content item effectiveness is measured by comparing resource conversions for experimental and control geographic locations.
