摘要： A manually operated sprayer for a container of liquid to be sprayed includes variable volume pump means having liquid inlet and outlet means for discharging the contents of the container. The sprayer further includes a control module having product and vent valves reciprocably disposed therein, the product and vent valves being simultaneously reciprocable by means of the manual actuator between valve open and valve closed positions. In the valve open position, the product and vent valves respectively prevent flow of product and air respectively into the liquid inlet means and into a vent passage in communication between atmosphere and an interior of the container, and in the vent closed position, the product and vent valves respectively enable flow of product and air respectively into the liquid inlet means and into the vent passage.

The batteries are located in the upper portion of the housing below the hinged top (battery cover). The upper edges of the half shells are provided with flanges which are received inside the cover when the cover is closed. The left and right half shells are also provided with a gutter-like structure adjacent to the battery cover which extend across the sides and down the back of the housing.

摘要： A three part housing for a battery powered spray head includes a left half shell, a right half shell and a hinged top. The batteries are located in the upper portion of the housing below the hinged top (battery cover). The inner front of the top is provided with a downward depending latch member and a spring biased latch member is provided inside the housing. The spring biased latch member is actuated by inserting a pin (or stylus) through a hole in one of the half shells. This prevents accidental opening of the battery cover.

摘要： A battery operated spray pump includes a piston pump having a double wave cam which is pushed by a pair of rotating cam pushers coupled to the electric motor via a gear transmission. The double wave cam has an unequal duty cycle, i.e. takes more time to expel fluid from the piston cylinder than it takes to fill the cylinder. The cam pushers rotate at a speed which, in conjunction with the duty cycle of the cam, produces a low pressure nearly constant stream.

摘要： A trigger actuated sprayer for dispensing disparate liquids separately stored in separate liquid compartments includes a pair of axially aligned, interconnected pistons of relatively larger and smaller diameter reciprocable in unison within relatively larger and smaller diameter cylinders for therewith defining larger and smaller variable volume pump chambers, the smaller diameter piston valving one fluid from its chamber to be combined with the other of the fluids in the other chamber during each compression stroke of the pistons. 摘要： A foamer nozzle assembly has a foaming barrel defining a turbulence chamber for creating foam upon actuation of the trigger of a trigger sprayer as the conical spray impacts against the smooth inner surface of the barrel as so to emerge as loosely compacted, large foam bubbles having a relatively wide foam spread. A foaming grid in the form of an offset rectangular mesh screen is mounted on a hinged panel for movement between operative and inoperative positions. In the former the grid lies coaxial with the discharge orifice and provides a supplemental foam generator for breaking up the foam bubbles into finer and more concentrated foam having a relatively smaller foam spread. The grid comprises first and second sets of ribs lying in first and second parallel planes, the ribs of the first set being contiguous to the ribs of the second set, and the ribs being mutually spaced apart to define uniformly sized openings therebetween. The ribs of both sets have flat surfaces facing upstream and lie perpendicular to the central axis of the barrel.

The remote retainer and connector hose each include strain relief elements which respectively include a retainer adaptor and a connector adaptor for relieving the connection strain between the tube, the remote retainer and connector hose, as the power sprayer is being pulled and maneuvered during use. In a second embodiment, the flexible delivery tube includes one end non-removably connected to a remote retainer and the other end disposed freely in a container, but plugged onto a connector hose and including a spring weight slidably disposed thereon.
