摘要： The present invention refers to a strain of Lactobacillus curvatus bacteria deposited in the Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmBH (DSMZ) under thew accession number DSM 18775, as well as to compositions, cultures and food products comprising thereof. The strain of the invention is useful for preserving food products, especially under refrigerated conditions.
