    摘要: A two-dimensional text editing mode is used when editing three-dimensional text. Once the three-dimensional text is selected for editing a two-dimensional text editing mode is automatically entered such that the user may easily edit the text. The two dimensional properties that are associated with the text are displayed within an outline of the shape such that the text may be edited in place. The 2-D properties, such as font, text color, shape color, and the like, are maintained during the editing. After the two-dimensional text editing has been completed, the text is redisplayed according to its 3-D properties.

    摘要: An examination light apparatus including a touch-less control component that enables a user to control the apparatus without requiring physical contact between the user and the apparatus. The apparatus employs an LED control component that is configured to adapt its electrical interface to a variable quantity of light emitting diodes in order to interface with each of a plurality of lamp heads that each can include a unique arrangement and quantity of light emitting diodes. The light emitting diodes (LEDs) provide a high level of light quality, quantity and intensity (luminosity) while requiring low power consumption and low space and weight requirements and are employed without requiring a cooling fan. Uniform mechanical and electrical interfaces between the control component and other portions of the examination lamp provide for efficient and simple manufacturing of various examination light configurations.

    摘要: A control protocol is used to deploy and install an operating system image to a client. The data structure of the protocol includes an operation code corresponding to an operation associated with the deployment and installation of an operating system image to a client. When the server receives a request packet, the server parses the request and sends the parsed request to the provider. The provider then executes the operation associated with the operation code and generates a return value. The return value is sent to the server. The server then composes a rely packet including the return value and transmits the reply packet to the client.
