摘要： An apparatus for setting the lateral register of a printing unit of a rotary press that prints on a paper web includes a first bearing block configured as a locating bearing arranged on the drive side of a forme cylinder; and a second bearing block configured as a floating bearing on the operating side of the forme cylinder. A pressure medium operated operating cylinder displaces the first bearing block axially and presses it against an adjustable stop without play for the purpose of setting the lateral register. A controller controls the axial location of the adjustable stop in at least one of a closed-loop fashion and an open-loop fashion based on register deviations determined by a scanning optics unit.

摘要： In order to provide a rotary printing machine for direct printing, in which the printing-assembly cylinders are arranged in a space-saving way, there is arranged in side walls at least one double printing assembly containing two form cylinders which are located one above the other, each having its own drive motor and between which at least one impression cylinder is arranged, a web being printable between a form cylinder and an impression cylinder. Each form cylinder and the impression cylinder cooperating with the latter are mounted, adjustably in terms of their mutual spacing, in side walls of the printing unit. For this purpose, the adjustable cylinders are mounted on both sides in slides which are moveable on guide elements fastened to the side walls.

摘要： In the installation and removal of a cylinder of a printing machine, in which the cylinder has a middle drum and two lateral bearing stubs which are capable of being secured releasably to the drum and of being connected to one another by means of a central spindle which passes through the drum and which, at least at one end, can be screwed, by means of a screw connection provided within the outer circumference of the spindle, to the adjacent bearing stub which, with the screw connection released, can be removed, together with its bearing housing, at least to an extent such that the drum is accessible from the side, a high degree of safety and a time saving can be achieved in that, for the change, the drum of a cylinder is released from the bearing stubs and one bearing stub is removed, after which the consequently exposed end of the spindle of the cylinder has connected to it, in the same way as the removable bearing stub, a spindle extension, onto which the drum is pushed and which is then released from the spindle and moved away together with the drum, and vice versa.
