    Abstract: A vehicular passenger restraint device including a seatbelt capable of restraining a passenger seated in a rear seat 10 includes a belt guide 50 disposed on the outer side, in the vehicle width direction, of an upper portion of a seat back 12, and the belt guide 50 is configured such that an inner longitudinal surface portion 52 is tiltable toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction by a load applied from the seatbelt at the time of collision. A lock release switch 14 for the seat back 12 is disposed on the inner side in the vehicle width direction relative to the belt guide 50. A regulation member 55 regulating the inner longitudinal surface portion 52 between the belt guide 50 and the lock release switch 14, not to be incline toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction by a predetermined angle or more.

    Abstract: A seat cushion is formed integrally by a body pad portion, an outer peripheral edge portion, and a connection portion. The outer peripheral edge portion protrudes toward a floor panel from the outer peripheral edge portion in a plan view and contacts a floor panel at its lower face. The connection portion is provided to protrude toward the floor panel at a portion which is separated from a front-side part of the outer peripheral edge portion and a rear-side part of the outer peripheral edge portion, respectively. The connection portion connects the floor panel and the body pad portion. A portion between the front-side part and the rear-side part of the outer peripheral edge portion in a vehicle longitudinal direction is a separation portion where a lower face of the seat cushion faces an upper face of the floor panel with a gap.

    Abstract: A headrest which supports a head portion of a passenger in a vehicle rear collision is attached to an upper portion of a frame of a seatback. A blower to perform ventilation for a passenger's back is arranged at the upper portion of the frame at a position below the headrest. The blower is held at the frame via attaching members, for example. When receiving a large rearward-load from the passenger in the vehicle rear collision, the blower moves rearward relatively to the frame and the headrest according to a rearward move (a rearward swing around an upper frame, particularly) of the attaching member and the like.
