Abstract: Floor panel vibration is reduced by suppressing a mode in which an entire region surrounded by a plurality of frame members in a floor panel vibrates. Vehicle-body framework members having closed cross-section structures, and a panel member to which vibration is transmitted from an engine or/and a suspension via the vehicle-body framework members are provided. The panel member includes a flange portion having a planar shape on its outer peripheral edge and to which the vehicle-body framework members are joined along the panel outer peripheral edge; a curved surface portion that is curved such that a place closer to a panel central side bulges out more to a lower side in a continuous manner from a panel-central-side edge portion of the flange portion; and a flat surface portion that extends to the panel central side from the panel-central-side edge portion of the curved surface portion in a continuous manner.

Abstract: A seat cushion is formed integrally by a body pad portion, an outer peripheral edge portion, and a connection portion. The outer peripheral edge portion protrudes toward a floor panel from the outer peripheral edge portion in a plan view and contacts a floor panel at its lower face. The connection portion is provided to protrude toward the floor panel at a portion which is separated from a front-side part of the outer peripheral edge portion and a rear-side part of the outer peripheral edge portion, respectively. The connection portion connects the floor panel and the body pad portion. A portion between the front-side part and the rear-side part of the outer peripheral edge portion in a vehicle longitudinal direction is a separation portion where a lower face of the seat cushion faces an upper face of the floor panel with a gap.

Abstract: A vehicle upper structure reduces noise in a cabin by preventing vibration of a roof panel while avoiding an increase in manufacturing cost and an increase in vehicle weight. A vehicle includes a roof panel, a front header, a ceiling, and a vibration damping member. The front header extends in a vehicle width direction on an inner side of the cabin from the roof panel. The ceiling covers the roof panel from the inner side of the cabin. The vibration damping member is fixed to an upper surface of the ceiling. The vibration damping member is arranged between a sun visor fixed portion and a gusset fixed portion in the vehicle width direction and near the front header. The vibration damping member has at least two resonance frequencies and is configured such that one resonance frequency thereof is substantially the same as a resonance frequency of the ceiling.
