Abstract: A tube cutting tool for the repair of permanently installed piping systems wherein a section of faulty tubing may be removed and a splicing sleeve fitted thereover for permanent repair in the piping system. The tool may be used in confined quarters since it does not rotate around the tubing. The cut is free of chips, burrs, or other minute particles that require purging of the line before use.
