    摘要: Various implementations include an alignment device for carrying out a periacetabular osteotomy operation on a patient that includes
    a patient-specific acetabular unit, to be fixed in a univocal position on the iliac bone, in proximity of the acetabulum;
    a patient-specific iliac unit, to be fixed in a univocal position on the iliac bone, in a lateral position with respect to the acetabular unit; and
    a patient-specific bridge, to be connected in a rigid and univocal manner to the acetabular unit and to the iliac unit.
    The acetabular unit and the iliac unit assume a first mutual position incompatible with the bridge. When osteotomy is carried out and the bridge is connected to the acetabular unit and the iliac unit, they assume a second position, different from the first position and corresponding to a bio-mechanically correct position of the acetabulum with respect to the remaining portion of the iliac bone.

    摘要: Various implementations described herein relate to a minimally invasive auxiliary tool for knee surgery. The tool comprises a handle in proximal position, a shaft defining an axis, and a shaped tip in distal position. In the tool: the handle, the shaft, and the shaped tip define a channel that connects the proximal end with the distal end of the tool; and the perimeter of the shaped tip comprises a plurality of sectors, wherein each sector is defined by a respective circular arc centred on the axis and wherein the circular arcs that define the various sectors have respective radii that are different the one from the others. Various implementations also include a kit comprising a tool and a bone reamer.

    摘要: An arthroscope comprises a sleeve having an internally hollow, proximal portion and an internally hollow middle portion connected to the proximal portion so as to create a through axial cavity. The sleeve has, within the middle portion, an abutment area. The arthroscope also comprises an optical unit having an elongated portion and a coupling portion configured to be at least partially received inside the through axial cavity of the sleeve. The coupling portion has a matching area suitable to couple with the abutment area. The matching area and the abutment area are shaped so as to have at least one pilot element so as to determine a univocal predefined coupling position between the sleeve and the optical unit; the matching area and the abutment area are also shaped so as to guide and automatically place the optical unit in such a predefined position.

    摘要: A template for measuring the cross section of a graft comprises a first half-body and a second half-body. The two half-bodies are mutually secured such that they can rotate the one with respect to the other around an axis, each one of the two half-bodies comprises a plurality of openings having known and different sizes, each one of the openings of the two half-bodies is open toward the outside through an at least partially radial slot. The two half-bodies can rotate the one with respect to the other around the axis between an open position and a closed position and vice versa. In the open position the slots of the first half-body axially coincide with the slots of the second half-body, and in the closed position the openings of the first half-body axially coincide with the openings of the second half-body.
