    Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD). In certain configurations, the AP MLD establishes a primary link on a first channel and a non-primary link on a second channel. The AP MLD determines to perform a channel switch operation to switch a first link of the primary link and the non-primary link to operating on a different channel. The AP MLD transmits, on the primary link and prior to the switching of the first link, a first management frame including a first element indicating a target switching time for the switching of the first link. The AP MLD transmits, on the primary link after the switching of the first link, a second management frame indicating that an AP on the first link is in operation.

    Abstract: Techniques pertaining to transmission protection with static puncturing in wireless communications are described. An apparatus (e.g., a station (STA)) receives a control frame with bandwidth signaling that is transmitted in a channel width of the control frame including one or more non-punctured non-primary subchannels within the channel width. The apparatus then determines the one or more non-punctured non-primary subchannels within the channel width of the control frame and also determines whether to transmit a response control frame responsive to receiving the control frame. Depending on a result of the determining, the apparatus either refrains from transmission of the response control frame or transmits the response control frame in at least one subchannel within the channel width of the control frame.

    Abstract: A first multi-link device (MLD) enables an enhanced multi-link single-radio (EMLSR) mode or an enhanced multi-link multi-radio (EMLMR) mode. A first station (STA) affiliated with the first MLD receives from a second MLD and in a first operating channel of the first STA an initial control frame indicating an allocated resource unit (RU), which is indicated in a Secondary RU Allocation subfield in the initial control frame. A second STA affiliated with the first MLD switches from a second operating channel of the second STA to an allocated channel in which the allocated RU is located. The second STA then receives information from the second MLD on the allocated RU during a transmission opportunity (TXOP).
