摘要： The present invention relates broadly to a railway track trolley (10) generally comprising a collapsible chassis (12), two pairs of wheels (14a/b) and (16a/b), and a platform assembly (18). The collapsible chassis (12) includes a pair of opposing beams member (20a) and (20b) interconnected by a pair of adjustable cross-members (22) and (24). The pair of wheels (14a) and (16a) are removably mounted to opposing ends of one of the beam members (20a) whereas the other pair of wheels (14b) and (16b) are removably mounted to opposing ends of the other of the beam members (20b). The railway tracks (26a) and (26b) may be separated at one of a plurality of predetermined track gauges and the collapsible chassis in an expanded condition is designed to match the required lateral separation of the opposing rail members (26a/b). The invention is also directed broadly to a gate catch assembly (90) generally comprising a coupling sub-assembly (92), and a catch sub-assembly (96) configured to be releasably engaged by the coupling sub-assembly (92). The gate catch assembly (90) may be installed in conjunction with the platform assembly (18) of the railway track trolley (10) of the earlier aspect of the invention.

摘要： The present invention relates broadly to an apparatus 10 for removing one of a plurality of railway track fasteners such as 12a to 12h used to secure a pair of laterally spaced railway tracks 14a and 14b to underlying sleepers such as 16a to 16f. The track fasteners such as 12a are each in the form of an e-clip or PR-clip fastener of a known configuration. The apparatus 10 comprises a support frame assembly 20 adapted to locate on the railway tracks 14a/b, a drive assembly 22 mounted to the support frame assembly 20, and a workhead 24 associated with the support frame assembly 20 for removal of the track fastener such as 12a. The workhead 24 comprises a percussion hammer 32 and an associated hammer moil 34 arranged for removal of the fastener 12a. The hammer moil 34 includes a moil mount 38 connected at a predetermined angular offset to a moil head 40. The hammer moil 34 is rotatable relative to the percussion hammer 32 during removal of the track fastener 12a whereby alignment between the moil head 40 and the fastener 12a is maintained.

摘要： An apparatus is used to remove one of a plurality of railway track fasteners that secures a pair of laterally spaced railway tracks to underlying sleepers. The handheld tool (10) generally comprises a drive assembly (24) including an actuator sub-assembly (26), and a driven assembly (28) including an actuated sub-assembly (30) operatively coupled to the actuator sub-assembly (26). The actuator sub-assembly (26) actuates by rotation under the influence of an impact wrench (not shown) effecting longitudinal movement of the driven assembly (28). The drive assembly (24) further includes a jaw member (36) mounted to a bracket (38) extending from an actuator housing (34) of the drive assembly (24). The driven assembly (28) includes an actuated housing (40) within which the actuated sub-assembly (30) is housed. The driven assembly (28) further includes an opposing jaw member (42) mounted to an opposing bracket (44) extending from the actuated housing (40). In operation, the longitudinal movement of the driven assembly (28) relative to the drive assembly (24) effects closing of the opposing jaw members (36) and (42) relative to one another for installing or removing the e-clip fastener (12).
