    摘要: The invention provides a stator for a dynamo-electric machine capable of preventing deterioration of efficiency. In the stator for dynamo-electric machine of which rotor is disposed inside the stator, a stator core 11 comprises: an inside ring core 9 formed annularly by laminating plate-type magnetic members in which a plurality of teeth are provided on one side of a yoke portion, disposing coils 8 in slots each formed between the teeth, bending the plate-type magnetic members so that the coils 8 are located inside, and bringing two end faces into contact with each other; and an outside ring core 10, being made of magnetic members and formed cylindrical in shape, which is fitted on outside of the inside ring 9 and holds the inside ring core 9.

    摘要: In a connection portion of a stator winding, conductor wires extending outward from a slot pair separated by a predetermined number of slots are joined such that end portions of conductor wires extending outward from addresses of the slot pair separated by three or more addresses are joined together (a distant-address joint portion), and end portions of conductor wires in the slot pair separated by two or less addresses are joined together (a near-address joint portion). The distant-address joint portion is offset in a circumferential direction relative to the near-address joint portion.

    摘要: An iron core of a rotating-electric machine and a manufacturing method for the same permit a uniform curvature to be easily obtained over an entire circumference of the iron core. The iron core has laminated magnetic plate strips, a cylindrical core proximal portion, a plurality of teeth projecting in a substantially radial direction from the core proximal portion, and slots for accommodating a winding that are located between the teeth adjacent to each other. The iron core is fabricated by curving both end portions of a substantially hexahedral laminate so that the core proximal portion obtains a predetermined curvature, forming the entire laminate into a cylindrical shape by wrapping it around a cylindrical core member so that distal ends of the teeth project from the core proximal portion, and joining both end portions of the laminate.
